Water with Lemon

I read that awhile back that Lauren Conrad starts each day with a glass of water and fresh squeezed lemon. So I decided to do some research on the benefits.

It’s good for your stomach – it aids in digestion, heartburn and nausea.

It helps to flush toxins out of the body.

It’s good for your health – it helps to fight colds, helps with weight loss, helps curb cravings, acts as a natural diuretic and boosts your immune system.

Makes you more attractive! – Clears skin and freshens breath.

Some other claims…helps to control high blood pressure, helps with respiratory disorders and arthritis.

So I figure it’s worth a try! Twice a day….
